Pool Pass Registration

Please note that if you registered for a pool pass online last year, you do not have to submit another online request this year to renew your passes.

Registration Renewals

When pool registration opens, you do not need to submit a request online to renew your passes. The Association will automatically send a confirmation email to the email address that was used for last year’s registration. The confirmation email will include a summary of your pool passes for the current year and instructions for requesting updates to your records. If you do not need to make any changes or updates, then you can activate your pool passes at the pool office as soon as the pool opens.

Pool Party Requests

Each household can sponsor up to six (6) guests for admission to the pool each day. If you are planning an event that will require sponsoring more than six guests for admission to the pool, please submit a Pool Party Request.

The number of total pool party guests at any given time is limited to 40 people (30% of pool area capacity), and requests for pool parties are approved on a space-available basis. You can check the Pool Calendar below to see if an event is already scheduled on a given day. Approvals or rejections for pool parties will be sent by email to the address provided in your response within two business days. If you have not received a response within two business days, please check your spam folder for messages.

Please note that the Bradley Farm Pool does not automatically allocate dedicated space for pool parties. If you have an event that requires dedicated space such as pool areas (e.g. pool lanes), pool deck seating, or picnic tables, please indicate this on your request form, and we will review it to see if it can be accommodated, given planned attendance for that day.

Pool Operating Hours

The Bradley Farm Pool Area operates from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend each year.

Summer Hours

Summer hours will be in effect during the Fairfax Country Public School District summer break. During summer hours, the Pool Area will operate with a standard schedule as follows:

Monday – Sunday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

School Hours

The pool operates with reduced hours when Fairfax Public Schools are in-session at the beginning and end of the pool season. School Hours begin on Memorial Day Weekend and continue through the last day of the Fairfax Public School District school year. School Hours resume on the first day of school for the Fairfax County Public School District and continue through Labor Day Weekend. When School Hours are in effect, the Pool Area will operate with reduced weekday hours as follows:

Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Pool Calendar

During the pool season, operating hours may be adjusted due to planned holidays (such as Independence Day and Labor Day) and events (including Wednesday evening swim meets), as well as unplanned issues, such as weather or maintenance.
