The Bradley Farm Homeowners Association provides residents with several services to support and enhance our community.

Trash Services

Trash services for Bradley Farm is provided by Republic Services.

Trash Pickup Schedule

Mondays: Trash and Recycling Pickup
Wednesdays: Yard Waste (offered seasonally)
Thursdays: Trash only

Swimming Pool

The Bradley Farm Pool is maintained and operated by the HOA and is available to all Bradley Farm residents.

The Bradley Farm Pool is open during the summer from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool privileges are available to all members of the HOA who are in good standing, and homeowners who rent their properties may assign their pool privileges to their renters.

Homeowners or renters who wish to use the pool must register for a pool pass on an annual basis, and registration procedures, dates, and deadlines are communicated to residents each year in the spring.

Children aged 4-18 who are residents of Bradley Farm are also eligible to join the Bradley Farm Wave swim team. More swim team information is available on the official swim team website.

Common Areas

The HOA contracts with local companies to maintain the common grounds in our neighborhood.

Landscaping and maintenance services that are provided by the HOA includes mowing of lawns in common areas, maintenance of trees in common areas, landscaping of neighborhood entrances on West Ox Road, maintenance of stormwater management facilities on HOA property, and maintenance of Pool Area, including pool house, swimming pool, and playground.

Please note that snow removal is not provided by the homeowners association, since all roads in Bradley Farm are maintained by the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Homeowner Services

The Bradley Farm Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation that is managed by a board of directors, who are residents of the community and serve on the board on a volunteer basis.

In order to provide day-to-day services to members of the community, the board contracts with Associa Community Management Corporation, an association management company that provides customer support, billing, accounting, and advisory services to the community.

Resident Portal

Residents can access their HOA account online by registering for TownSq, our Resident Portal.

Your account number is required to register for TownSq, and can be found on your latest HOA invoice. If you do not have your account number, you can call (703) 631-7200 for assistance.
