Please note that only residents of the Bradley Farm HOA (e.g., homeowners and tenants) are eligible for passes to the Bradley Farm Pool. We do not sell pool memberships to parties who do not live in Bradley Farm. Please do not submit a registration request if you are not a Bradley Farm Resident.

1. Use this form to request pool passes for the members of your household. You do not need to mail any forms this year!
2. The HOA will verify that your HOA account is in good standing and process your registration.
3. We will send an email confirmation to the email address you specify below when your registration is complete. The confirmation email will include your pool pass information and instructions for checking-in at the pool this summer.
