About our Neighborhood

Founded in 1985, Bradley Farm is a community of 348 single-family homes in Herndon/Oak Hill, Virginia. Residences sit on 1/4-acre home sites, and houses range in size from about 2200 to 3000 square feet of living space.

The main entrance to the Bradley Farm community is on New Parkland Drive which is off West Ox Road. A portion of the neighborhood is also accessed from Emerald Chase Dr.

Community amenities include the pool complex at the barns, which includes our swimming pool and playground, as well as walking/jogging paths that are located throughout the neighborhood.

Swimming Pool

Our outdoor swimming pool is open to residents during the summer, and features a diving well, picnic areas, and a wading pool for children.

Swim Team

Our neighborhood swim team, The Bradley Farm Wave, is a member of the Herndon Swim League and is a popular summer pastime for children aged 4-18.

Our playground features a Tot lot with places for children to climb and slide, as well as a basketball court.

Walking Paths

The walking/jogging paths that wind through our neighborhood allow residents easy access to the Horsepen Run Trail, a paved 1.5-mile-long trail that winds through the Horsepen Run Stream Valley Park. Additional unpaved walking, jogging, and equestrian trails are conveniently located nearby at Frying Pan Park.
