Host a Pool Party at Bradley Farm

Residents of Bradley Farm may book a Pool Party if they need to host more than six guests at the pool. Pool party reservations include the use of the west lawn picnic area next to the wading pool.

Pool Party Rules:

• Only Bradley Farm Residents with active Standard pool passes may request pool parties. If you do not have a pool pass, request one here.
• Pool parties have a maximum number of 30 guests, including adults and children.
• All guests must agree to the pool rules and regulations prior to admittance to the pool area.
• Residents who request pool parties are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
• Guests who are children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Lifeguards have the authority to require a swim test for swimmers who are not tall enough to stand in the pool with their heads above the waterline.
• Reservations are bookable in one-hour increments, and multiple consecutive reservations may be made for longer events, up to 3 hours.
• Reservations are confirmed in the order they are received.

Use the form below to request a pool party reservation. Reservation requests that do not comply with the Pool Party Rules above will be cancelled.

If your planned event is longer than one hour, please submit a separate request for each hour of your event (e.g., an event from 6 pm to 8 pm should have two appointments: one from 6 pm – 7 pm and another from 7 pm to 8 pm).
