Households that held passes during the 2025 season will receive renewal information from the HOA when registration opens in spring 2026. Watch for an email notification from the Association with instructions and a direct link.

New pool pass registrations are open to all Bradley Farm households in good standing. If this is your first season registering, or if your household did not hold a pass in 2025, you can apply for a new pass when registration opens in spring 2026. All residents must complete a liability waiver during registration.

A Standard Pass allows the resident to enter the pool area unaccompanied and to sponsor guests who are not Bradley Farm residents. All guests must be accompanied by their sponsoring resident during their visit. Each household may sponsor up to six (6) guests per day. The daily limit applies jointly to all residents of the household.

Children with a Junior Pass may enter the Pool Area accompanied by a responsible caregiver who can pass a swim test and has a valid Standard Pass. Caregivers must remain with the child during their visit. Children with a Junior Pass may not sponsor guests.

A Caregiver Pass is available as a special accommodation for non-resident caregivers, such as nannies, au pairs, or regular babysitters, who supervise minor children at the pool on a recurring basis. The caregiver must be sponsored by the household whose children they supervise, and the sponsoring household is responsible for the caregiver’s compliance with pool rules. Caregiver passes are requested as part of the normal pool registration process, and requests are reviewed by the Association on a case-by-case basis.

When Fairfax County Public Schools are in session:

• Weekends: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM

During the FCPS summer break while schools are closed:

• Daily: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
