Pool Pass Registration
Pool pass registration for Summer 2025 has begun! Here’s what you need to know:
Renewals
Passholders will automatically be notified about the renewal of their pool passes. If you had pool passes in 2024, you will receive an email notifying you that your passes have been renewed for 2025. If you have not received your renewal email, please contact the pool registration team for assistance.
New Passes
If you or someone in your household did not have a pool pass for the 2024 season, please complete the new pool pass registration form.
Caregiver Passes
Residents may sponsor guest access to the pool if they have a Standard Pass; however, if a Bradley Farm resident that does not have a Standard Pass requires special accommodations for a caregiver who accompanies them to the pool area, you can request a Caregiver Pass that will allow caregivers to access the pool without requiring the usual guest sponsorship process each visit. Examples of this scenario include family members or paid caregivers who are responsible for providing childcare to a resident minor who cannot sponsor guests for entry to the pool area.
Caregiver Passes can only be processed for Bradley Farm residents who have already registered for pool passes. We do not sell pool memberships to non-residents, and Caregiver Passes may not be used to grant pool privileges to friends and family members who are not caregivers.
If you need to request a Caregiver Pass, please complete the Caregiver Pass Request form. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for access to the pool area.
Pool Operating Hours
The Bradley Farm Pool Area operates from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend each year.
The pool will open for the 2025 season on Saturday, May 24. The last day of the pool season will be Monday, September 1 (Labor Day).
Summer Hours
Summer hours will be in effect during the Fairfax Country Public School District summer break. During summer hours, the Pool Area will operate with a standard schedule as follows:
Monday – Sunday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
School Hours
The pool operates with reduced hours when Fairfax Public Schools are in-session at the beginning and end of the pool season. School Hours begin on Memorial Day Weekend and continue through the last day of the Fairfax Public School District school year. School Hours resume on the first day of school for the Fairfax County Public School District and continue through Labor Day Weekend. When School Hours are in effect, the Pool Area will operate with reduced weekday hours as follows:
Monday – Friday: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Early Closings
During the pool season, operating hours may be adjusted due to planned holidays (such as Independence Day and Labor Day) and events (including Wednesday evening swim meets), as well as unplanned issues, such as weather or maintenance.
Early Closings are planned during the 2025 season for the following dates:
- Wednesday, July 2: Pool closes early at 5:00 pm for swim meet.
- Friday, July 4: Pool closes early at 6:00 pm for Independence Day Holiday.
- Sunday, July 20: Pool closes early at 5:00 pm for swim team event.
- Monday, September 1: Pool closes early at 6:00 pm for end of season.
