Bradley Farm Pool Information

2026 Renewals

Passholders will automatically be notified about the renewal of their pool passes in the spring. If you had pool passes in 2025, you will receive an email notifying you that your passes have been renewed for 2026.

New Passes

If you or someone in your household did not have a pool pass for the 2025 season, you can request new pool passes when registration opens in spring 2026.

Caregiver Passes

Residents may sponsor guest access to the pool if they have a Standard Pass; however, if a Bradley Farm resident that does not have a Standard Pass requires special accommodations for a caregiver who accompanies them to the pool area, you can request a Caregiver Pass that will allow caregivers to access the pool without requiring the usual guest sponsorship process each visit. Examples of this scenario include family members or paid caregivers who are responsible for providing childcare to a resident minor who cannot sponsor guests for entry to the pool area.

Caregiver Passes can only be processed for Bradley Farm residents who have already registered for pool passes. We do not sell pool memberships to non-residents, and Caregiver Passes may not be used to grant pool privileges to friends and family members who are not caregivers.
